20/20 At Lords Cricket Ground

What a fabulous evening watching some cricket at Lords. Unfortuntaly access via The Underground to St John’s Wood is not easy as the nearest step free access station is Bond Street. Fortunately the bus network comes to the rescue. Accompanied by Dad and Brian, we tucked into some food (see photo of Brian), whilst trying to learn the rules! I had a great view of the cricket pitch and the players. The best bit was cheering and holding up the 4 and 6 signs, albeit sometimes the wrong way round! I met some fabulous people including John, Ricky, Joe and Brenda, and I am hoping to be sharing some really exciting news with you soon. Watch this space!

  1. Brilliant stuff Tom, perhaps you could explain the rules of cricket to me sometime 😀, I can never understand why you have one bowler and two batsmen 😅🤣….. see you Tuesday, enjoy the rest of the weekend x barb x

    1. Thank you Josie – It was a great atmosphere, but as for the rules, this is not exactly my area of expertise either!. Dad seemed to have a better understanding! and said he will explain the rules to you whilst running the half marathon!
