Half Marathon Update!

As many of you will know, I nearly lost my Dad in 2015 owing to a massive heart attack. Thankfully he survived owing to the wonderful work by The British Heart Foundation. Dad has lost 15kgs in the past few months, and can now run up to 10.5 miles. As a result of this, he now has a charity place with the BHF in the London Landmarks Half Marathon in April 2023. Dad would be really grateful if you could make a small donation on his Just Giving Page, that will go to the BHF. I will be in London supporting and cheering him….and nothing whatsoever to do with the fact that he has arranged a buffet and drinks celebration after! My carer Alan, and Sam from The London Transport Museum are also joining him so I hope they all get round the course unscathed otherwise I may be placing a new advert for more people to look after me! 1. What a great write up Tom. I hadn’t realised that your Dad had suffered a heart attack. I will definitely sponsor him,
