I was one of the lucky people selected to ride on the Eurostar train from St Pancras International to Brussels on 14th November 2007. This was the first public departure out of St Pancras International Station. (Eurostar previously departed from Waterloo). I met the Mayor of Kettering at Kettering Train Station, Pudsey Bear at St Pancras, and the Train Driver and Manager at Brussels. You will see I also became famous in the local newspaper!
