Tom… what can I say about the irrepressible Tom!
Nothing holds him back, always on the go, and as for activities…running, tricycling, water sports just to name a few…there is literally no stopping him!
They say a sailor has a girl in every port, while, from where I am looking, Tom appears to have a waitress in every restaurant over here in Gibraltar, wherever he goes he makes friends, and everyone keeps asking Mark when he’s due back over here in Gibraltar.
Yvonne and myself really look forward to his visits, his arrival normally heralds to advent of much laughter and well… needless to say, drinking….but as we say, what happens in Gibraltar stays in Gibraltar.
People can let things bring them down, blame the world for their woes…not Tom, that sort of thinking is for wimps, he gets on with it and certainly lives life to the FULL.
Over in the UK he volunteers and works hard at everything he does.
Tom is, without doubt an inspiration to everyone he meets (myself included).
So, in a nutshell, 2 words to describe Tom. Irrepressible and Inspirational.
