The Mug House, London Bridge

The second time I have visited this wonderful pub, and as always made to feel very welcome. The food is delicious, and also, according to Dad is a pint of Old Wallop, served in the old style tankards. Now, another mystery to solve – I let Dad loose to meet Katie who has work to do, and they end up in The Hard Rock Cafe! Rumour is that Dad then left Katie to collect me, whilst she did her work at the bar! Possibly a first for the Cafe! Whilst all this is going on, I am at work!

    1. Dad says you would love this pub. Next time you are on your boat, you must come and visit me at the museum. It would be great to see you.

  1. One to put on my list, of Londen pubs, too. Thanks for the ‘heads up’. Hope you were rescued eventually. Not a bad place to be abandoned though x

    1. If you come and visit me one weekend, I will take you to the pub myself! Even Dad cannot resist a pint of Old Wallop, and to eat, good old bangers and mash!
