I thought tortoises were creatures who generally tended to plod along and sleep most of the time? Dad say’s they take after me – how rude! Today, they have been going manic and trying to escape! Just wondering what has been going into their food?!

We have a tortoise Tom. His name is Crumpet and when he has been basking in the sun he just runs – literally runs everywhere. There’s a lot to be said about the ‘Hare and the Tortoise’ fable as my little Crumpet is so speedy. Hope you can come to Somerset one day to meet him. ❤️👍😀
Ah, now Dad says that Somerset is famous for cider? I had better come without telling Debra – lets just say her visit to Devizes did not go to plan! xx
